Golf Sim Hub Terms of Use

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Golf Sim Hub, a directory and booking platform for golf simulator facilities, coaches, leagues, and related services. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, and other related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

2. USE OF THE SERVICES

2.1 Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to this Agreement.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2.3 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with this Agreement.

3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

• Submit false or misleading information or reviews.
• Interfere with the operation of the Services or engage in unauthorized data mining.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.

4. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND OTHER USER CONTENT

4.1 License to Use Your Content

By posting reviews, comments, photos, or other content on Golf Sim Hub, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

4.2 Content Standards

Your content must:

• Be accurate and not misleading.
• Not contain offensive, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful material.
• Not violate any intellectual property rights of third parties.

5. BOOKINGS WITH THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

Golf Sim Hub serves as a directory and booking facilitator but does not own or operate golf facilities, coaching services, or leagues. When booking through Golf Sim Hub:

• You enter into a direct contract with the third-party provider.
• We are not responsible for service quality, pricing, or cancellations by third-party providers.
• You agree to review and comply with the terms of the provider.

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

To the extent permitted by law:

• Golf Sim Hub provides the Services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your use of the Services.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of listings, bookings, or facility information.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golf Sim Hub, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of this Agreement.

8. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

Golf Sim Hub may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND SERVICES

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
